Abstract:
The present invention relates to an umbrella, and more specifically a one-touch type automatic umbrella that was made using the nuts and bolts principle to open and fold the umbrella conveniently through a one-touch switch operation. The one-touch type automatic umbrella of the present invention includes an umbrella post having a 2-stage structure of an outer rod and an inner rod, wherein the outer rod has a middle rib coupling port coupled and fixed to the outer circumferential edge of the upper end portion thereof, is coupled to the upper portion of a handle in the lower end portion thereof, has two limit switch balls formed in holes in the lower portion area, which are spaced out at the same distance as the maximum spaced-out distance between the outer rod and the inner rod, and has an outer ring of a bearing having a lower shaft of a bolt body fixed onto the inner ring coupled and fixed to the inside of the lower end portion thereof, and the inner rod has an umbrella rib coupling port coupled and fixed to the outer circumferential edge of the upper end portion and a lower portion that can be inserted inside the outer rod so as to enable in-and-out movement, is formed in the lower area with a spring key hole where a number one limit switch provided on the outer rod corresponds thereto when the umbrella is folded so that a steel wire spring key provided on the inner circumferential edge protrudes from and ascends the inner wall of the inner rod while avoiding the bolt body, and has a nut body coupled and fixed to the inside of the lower end portion, and comprises: a DC motor mounted on the handle portion to rotate the bolt body; a battery for driving the DC motor; an on/off switch for connecting power and controlling electrical connection; a power limitation recognition means for recognizing the limitations of power authorization; and a ROM-write circuit board for step-controlling the switch operation by dividing the on/off switch into four-stages and programming thereby, and receiving a signal from the power limitation recognition means to control the power according to the program. The present invention enables safe use by controlling the operation thereof as the user desires, and easier opening/folding action by pushing and pulling the inner rod through a simple switch operation.
