Abstract:
A one-way clutch formed by connecting the outer rotor (5) of a generator (4) to the clutch outer part (9) of the one-way clutch (3) for starting and an assembly of the outer rotor for the generator. The clutch outer part (9) comprises an annular part (9a) surrounding a clutch inner part (8), a side wall part (9b) formed integrally with the annular part (9a) and extending in the radial inner direction, and a boss (9c) formed integrally with the inner peripheral end of the side wall part (9b) and fixed to a crankshaft (2). An annular recessed part (20) opening on the outer peripheral side is formed in the outer surface of the side wall part (9b), and the inner peripheral end part of the outer rotor (5) is fitted and welded (22) to the recessed part (20). Thus, cost can be reduced by remarkably reducing man-hours, and a clearance between the outer rotor and a stator can be reduced by increasing the accuracy of a concentration between the clutch outer part and the outer rotor.
