Abstract:
Provided is an onium salt represented by formula (1): Q+·(R4SO2)2N-. [In formula (1), Q+ is a quaternary ammonium cation represented by formula (2) (wherein R1 represents a C1-6 alkyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 alkyl group, and R3 represents a C1-4 alkyl group; C represents a pyrrolidine ring, a piperidine ring, a morpholine ring, or a pyridine ring, and when C represents a pyridine ring, R1 is not included; and m is an integer in the range of 0-3) or a quaternary phosphonium cation represented by formula (3) (wherein R5 represents a C1-6 alkyl group, and R3 and m are the same as in formula (2)), and R4 represents a C1-3 perfluoroalkyl group.]
