Abstract:
An online automatic cleaning and oil removing device, comprising an exhaust pipe (1) and a filter screen (2) clamped inside the exhaust pipe (1), and being provided with an oil contamination detector (15), a controller (16), a cleaning liquid tank (5), a heating piece (6), a water pump (7), an atomization spray head (9), an air pump (10), a pressure tank (11), an electromagnetic valve (13), an air outlet pipe (12) etc. When the oil contamination detector (15) detects the oil contamination, the controller (16) turns on the heating piece (6), the water pump (7) and the air pump (10), and intermittently turns on the electromagnetic valve (13), such that a cleaning liquid inside the cleaning liquid tank (5) is sprayed towards the filter screen (2) by means of the atomization spray head (9) to decompose the oil contamination on the surface of the filter screen (2), and the air outlet pipe (12) intermittently sprays high-pressure air towards the filter screen (2) to flush the decomposed oil contamination, achieving automatic cleaning of the filter screen (2).
