Abstract:
The present invention relates to an online identification method for a broken shaft fault of a rocker arm of a drum coal mining machine. The method comprises: acquiring a real-time three-phase current of a cutting motor of a coal mining machine and real-time data of the traction speed of the coal mining machine, carrying out clock synchronization, and obtaining a sampling time count synchronous with the three-phase current and the traction speed; synchronously calculating the real-time effective three-phase current value of the cutting motor and the change rate of the effective three-phase current value, and the change rate of the traction speed in real time at a fixed time step pitch; according to the three-phase current and the change rate of the effective three-phase current value, determining whether the cutting motor is in a current drop state at the moment; and if it is determined that the cutting motor is in the current drop state, further determining in combination with the change rate of the traction speed, and if a non-broken shaft fault that can cause the current drop state is further eliminated, determining that the broken shaft fault occurs to the rocker arm. According to the present invention, real-time monitoring conditions of the current and the traction speed of the existing cutting motor can be utilized, and a broken shaft fault can be efficiently and accurately identified without adding a hardware device.
