Abstract:
The present invention relates to an online interview system and a method therefor and, more particularly, to an interview system, which can provide a video interview image of an interview applicant in a form edited to meet a requirement of an interviewer, so that the system can improve the efficiency of the interview. To this end, the present invention provides an online interview system comprising: an interview terminal for forming video data, which is obtained by receiving question information from a service server and then photographing an interview image corresponding to the question information by an interview applicant, and transmitting the formed video data; the service server for receiving the video data through a network and storing the received video data, processing and editing the video data, and transmitting the processed and edited video data to an interviewer terminal; and the interviewer terminal for receiving the processed and edited video data from the service server through the network, wherein the service server comprises: a data matching unit for detecting voice data of the video data, converting the detected voice data to text data and indexing the text data, associating the indexed text data with corresponding video data and indexing the associated data, and matching the text data and the video data; a data determination unit for evaluating a characteristic of the text data; a data extraction unit for selecting the text data according to evaluation of the data determination unit, and extracting video data corresponding to an index of the selected text data; and a data merging unit for merging pieces of video data obtained through the data extraction unit.
