Abstract:
An online monitoring device for a deposit thickness on the bottom of a horizontal flue, and a method. The device comprises: a measurement piece (5) and a reference piece (6) horizontally installed at centroids of a lower wall surface (1) and an upper wall surface (2) of the horizontal flue, respectively, and having the same size and heating power, wherein the measurement piece (5) comprises, from top to bottom, a measurement piece temperature sensor (5-1), a measurement piece heater (5-2), a measurement piece heat insulation plate (5-5), a measurement piece compensation heater (5-4), and a measurement piece compensation temperature sensor (5-3), the reference piece (6) comprises, from bottom to top, a reference piece temperature sensor (6-1), a reference piece heater (6-2), a reference piece heat insulation plate (6-5), a reference piece compensation heater (6-4), and a reference piece compensation temperature sensor (6-3), and all of the temperature sensors (5-1, 5-3, 6-1, 6-3) are connected to a signal acquisition controller (14). The online monitoring device has a simple structure and uses a simple algorithm, and provides a measurement result directly reflecting a deposit thickness at the bottom of a channel. In addition, the method based on a temperature difference between the measurement piece (5) and the reference piece (6) eliminates influences of an environmental condition and an airflow temperature, and further prevents influences caused by random errors in temperature sensing by means of using temperature data from within a time window, thereby achieving data reliability and stability.
