Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of atomic emission spectroscopy detection, and discloses an online powder detection apparatus based on laser‑induced breakdown spectroscopy, comprising: a constraint long metal tube of which the side surface is provided with a sample inlet and a detection port, a powder sample entering the tube through the sample inlet; a push unit comprising two push subunits located at both ends of the constraint long metal tube and partially inserted into the constraint long metal tube; a power control unit that provides power for the push unit to drive the push subunits to move with respect to the constraint long metal tube so as to extrude the powder sample into a sample column, and pushes the sample column to the detection port; and a spectrum detection module for ablating the sample column by using laser to generate an optical signal, and generating a sample column detection result according to spectral information corresponding to the optical signal. The apparatus is simple in structure, achieves quick preparation and inspection of a powder sample, enhances the intensity and stability of a spectral signal due to the detection form of the sample column, improves the detection accuracy, and well meets the needs of quick and accurate online detection of powder components in actual production.
