Abstract:
Disclosed are an online ride-hailing and invoice issuing method, system and apparatus. The method comprises: receiving a first ride-hailing request sent by a user terminal, wherein the first ride-hailing request carries at least one transport capacity type, and provides at least one online ride-hailing service provider of a corresponding transport capacity type and ride-hailing start and end points; sending, according to the transport capacity type and the online ride-hailing service provider, a second ride-hailing request to an online ride-hailing service platform of the corresponding online ride-hailing service provider, wherein the second ride-hailing request at least carries ride-hailing start and end points; receiving a second ride-hailing response message returned by the online ride-hailing service platform in response to the second ride-hailing request; and based on the second ride-hailing response message, returning a first ride-hailing response message in response to the first ride-hailing request to the user terminal. By means of the method, system and apparatus, a reservation for vehicles of multiple transport capacity types can be made with regard to multiple service providers, thereby improving the success rate of ride-hailing and reducing the waiting time of ride-hailing, so that a ride-hailing operation is more simple and convenient.
