Abstract:
An online SOC estimation system for a 48V mild hybrid vehicle lithium ion battery, relating to the technical field of hybrid electric vehicle lithium ion batteries. The system comprises two major components. The first component includes an open-circuit voltage characteristic adjustment system and an equivalent circuit model parameter calibration and adjustment system; said two systems can accurately calibrate the values of an open-circuit voltage and the parameters of an equivalent circuit model according to an environment temperature, to reduce a model error caused by temperature variation. The second component is for achieving online SOC estimation and includes a noise statistical characteristic and filter gain adaptive system and a recursive state estimation system; the two systems can improve the robustness and accuracy of online SOC estimation. The system can perform an online SOC estimation with high accuracy and robustness under the typical drive cycle of a mild hybrid vehicle.
