Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting and draining water for simultaneously removing surface water and groundwater aquifers from ultra-soft ground formed through dredging and reclamation, etc., and particularly, to an open channel defining a draining space therein by means of a pervious member such as a mesh or porous tube, wherein the permeable member filters foreign matter from entering the open channel to securely maintain the draining space, and the draining space can be securely maintained even when weights for preventing rising are introduced into the open channel to adjust the installed depth thereof, thereby preventing any effects on the draining of surface water or groundwater aquifers, to further improve the efficiency of the open channel.
