Abstract:
An open-flame roasting device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an upper body comprising multiple plates spaced apart from each other; and a lower body which is disposed under the upper body, can be coupled to or decoupled from the upper body, and comprises multiple oil passage parts formed to correspond to spaces between the multiple plates spaced from each other. The lower body may comprise: an edge part arranged to connect the multiple oil passage parts and having one open side surface; and an oil collector formed at the one open side surface of the edge part so as to collect oil flowing down along the multiple oil passage parts.
