FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the open mouth pinch bottom bag with zipper wherein zipper is re-closable to achieve a strong and secure seal and used a bag as a storage apparatus.

BACKGROUND TO THE INVENTION

Open mouth pinch bottom bags are available but only till opening and not as an apparatus for secure storage as after opening of the bag and need item from the bag to be stored in another safe container.

JP5474446B2 discloses bag in which a zipper composed of a male fitting portion and a female fitting portion is attached in an opening, but fitting part is covered with the cover film and final bag is limited to standing pouch with a zipper and for powder filling. Cut position for opening the opening of the bag body is set outside the position of the zipper.

By JP’446 upon cutting upper edge of the bag can have use of zip and that part remains open once cut though bag remains closed by zip. In this open part of the bag there can be contamination / pollution by dust or insect and so item filled in this bag may not be useful for long time and this bag cannot be used as a container for storage. There can be leakage because of improper or insufficient sealing by zip.

US8104961B2 discloses bag and zipper assembly includes, side gussets of the bag are at inwardly folded positions between first and second panels. The first panel has a corresponding set of one or more panel openings, and adhesive extends in each of the openings for the adhesive to adhere the side gussets.

By US’961 adhesive is used for bag and zipper assembly and to adhere the side gussets. But this type of bag with zipper bag and zipper assembly is done separately. Moreover, this type of zipper assembly can be contamination / pollution by dust or insect and leakage for improper or insufficient sealing by zip.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the problems in the prior art, it is the primary objective of the present invention is to provide open mouth pinch-bottom bag with re-closable zipper in which the closed end of the pinch bottom bag is covered by re-closable zipper system and after closing open end of pinch bottom bag it becomes a complete bag with re-closable zipper system. When required to extract filled items from this bag at the open the re-closable zipper and cut the inner layer of bag and after this again closed the zipper after opening once and no portion of bag remains open for contamination / pollution of item filled inside.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide bag as square bottom shape container with no leakage occurs once closed by zipper.

Still anther objective of the present invention is to provide a pinch-bottom bag filled with items can be packaged in a stable and secure seal.

Still another objective of the present invention is to provide open mouth pinchbottom bag with re-closable zipper can be filled by automation, re-closable zipper system is set during manufacturing of bags.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

On studding the present scenario packaging industry is growing but facing certain problems, of not reusable bags with re-closable zipper system and contamination of items packed in it. To overcome these issues and all the deficiencies mentioned above and for betterment of future prospective a new design is to work out, and finally all issue is clubbed in and get the present invention providing open mouth pinch-bottom bag with re-closable zipper in which the closed end of the pinch bottom bag is covered by re-closable zipper system. After closing open end of pinch bottom bag it becomes a complete bag with re-closable zipper system and use when required to extract filled items from this bag by opening the re-closable zipper. This box resembles container.

First embodiment of the present invention is a bag prior to open to use filled item is a complete bag comprising inner layer of bag sealed and above that the zipper system is arranged. Hence, after opening once no portion of bag remains open this prevents contamination / pollution of item filled inside.

In one embodiment, the standard open mouth pinch bottom bag is with open edge is closed by re-closable zipper system parts with Ultrasonic Sealing, Hot Sealing or Gluing, re-closable system parts include extension strips, re-closable zipper and closing slider to join both side of pinch bottom bag’s front and rear side leaf.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the detailed description of the present invention, referring the accompanying drawings mentioned in the part hereof, and in which the particular embodiments that may be practiced is shown by way of illustration.

The various embodiments of the present invention provide an open mouth pinch-bottom bag with re-closable zipper. According to the embodiments described herein, the standard open mouth pinch bottom bag (1) with open edge is closed by re-closable zipper system parts with Ultrasonic Sealing, Hot Sealing or Gluing , re-closable system parts include extension strips (3), re- closable zipper (4) and closing slider (5) and it can join with both side of pinch bottom bag’s front and rear side leaf by ultrasonic sealing, hot sealing or gluing (7) and (8). Fig.1 represents the external view of the open mouth pinch bottom bag (1) with stepped cut open mouth (2A) and closed bottom end (2B) which is closed by heat seal or gluing or other acceptable way. There exists another open part of the bag (1) which is open for filling of the content and closed after filling by way of heat seal or gluing or other acceptable way. At the time of filling of the content open mouth remain on top and closed end with re-closable zipper system remains at bottom which becomes reverse for the final user.

Fig.2 represents the additional re-closable zipper part which is associated as supplementary on bottom closed end (2B) of the basic pinch bottom bag (1) by means of Ultrasonic Sealing, Hot Sealing or Gluing , re-closable system parts include extension strips (3) , re-closable zipper (4) and closing slider (5) and join with both side of pinch bottom bag’s front and rear side leaf by ultrasonic sealing , hot sealing or gluing (7) and (8). This creates closed bottom end of Open mouth Pinch Bottom bag at the time of filling article. For the final user the bag of the present invention provides bag with zipper side up so open mouth bag and reusable.

Fig 3 represents joining of re-closable zipper on basic pinch bottom bag, wherein re-closable system parts include extension strips (3) and re-closable zipper (4) with closing slider (5) and it can join with both side of pinch bottom bag’s front and rear side leaf by ultrasonic sealing, hot sealing or gluing (7) and (8).

Fig. 4 represents an inside view of bottom closed side of filled, sealed and finish pinch bottom bag after opening of re-closable zipper, when zip is opened sealed layer of pinch bottom bag (9) cut by cutter to extract filled product from filled pinch bottom bag by user and upon closing the zipper these cut layers of closed ends covered and closed with zipper parts come closer to each other prevents the filled product from contaminations.

In this bags product is secured and free from any contaminations till the closed bottom layers not cut and once closed bottom layers cut for use of filled product it also secured and free from any contamination by means of re-closable zipper system. This creates uniqueness in the invention.

Open mouth pinch bottom bag with zipper comprises re-closable zipper system to achieve a strong, stable and secure seal for prevention of contamination / pollution of item filled inside. First embodiment of the present invention is open mouth pinch bottom bag at the time of filling content open mouth remain on top and closed end with re-closable zipper system remains at bottom.

In one embodiment, parts of re-closable zipper system, comprising WPP /HDPE/ LDPE zipper extension strips, and re-closable zipper with closing slider, wherein zipper extension strips is joined on basic of front and rear side leaf with extension strip of pinch bottom bag by ultrasonic sealing, hot sealing or gluing.

In one embodiment, open mouth pinch bottom bag comprises: a. bottom closed bag is filled manually or automatically b. sealed on the top side of bag by adhesive or sealing mechanism c. sealing of pinch bottom bag with re-closable zipper at the bottom side of bag by zipper system

When user wants to use the open mouth pinch bottom bag need zipper system to open first, then cut sealed layer at bottom side of pinch bottom bag by cutter to extract filled product from filled pinch bottom bag.

Open mouth pinch bottom prepared by this manner bag resembles square bottom shape container is with on bottom closed end and no leakage once closed by zipper. Another major benefit and uniqueness of this invention is sealing strength of pinch bottom bags remain same as standard pinch bottom bags without re-closable zipper system up to end user.
