Abstract:
An open platform device (1), a method for obtaining a policy number, and a computer readable storage medium. The open platform device (1) comprises a memory (11), a processor (12), and a processing system (10). When executed by the processor (12), the processing system (10) implements the following steps: when a policy number generation request initiated by an external cooperation system is received, regularly scanning a distributed cache and a database (S1); when it is found, in the scanning, that the database is in an unavailable state, analyzing whether a pre-generated policy number is stored in the distributed cache (S2); if yes, sending the policy number to the external cooperation system (S3); and if not, invoking a preset policy number interface, obtaining, through the policy number interface, the policy number generated by an issuing system, and sending the obtained policy number to the external cooperation system (S4). When the database (3) of the open platform device (1) is in an unavailable state, a policy number can also be obtained in time and fed back to the external cooperation system (2), so as to ensure that the external cooperation system (2) can issue a policy at any time and avoid customer churn.
