Abstract:
Disclosed is an open type X-ray generating apparatus. The disclosed apparatus comprises: a vacuum forming unit wherein a vacuum is selectively formed inside by a vacuum source; a source unit which is separably provided on the front end portion of the vacuum forming unit to be able to open and close the inside of the vacuum forming unit, and and is provided at the front end thereof with a detachable attachment unit having a target; a high voltage power supply unit which is connected to the vacuum forming unit in contact with the vacuum forming unit; and an electron gun unit which receives power from the high voltage power supply unit and emits electrons toward the target, wherein the electron gun is separably fixed on the high voltage power supply unit, and a vacuum insulation space for vacuum insulation is formed in a portion through which the electron gun unit and the high voltage power supply unit face each other.
