Abstract:
An opening hydraulic wrench, mainly composed of a motor-opening gear set mechanism, a hydraulic cylinder-ratchet wheel and pawl mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a reset mechanism, an arrival mechanism, a housing, a cover plate, a handle and a counter-force rod. The motor-opening gear set mechanism is driven by a hydraulic motor or a motor, and an opening gear set is used for driving an opening gear to continuously rotate, so that a rapid screwing-on procedure is completed. The hydraulic cylinder-ratchet wheel and pawl mechanism is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, and a ratchet wheel and pawl mechanism is used for pushing an opening ratchet wheel to intermittently rotate, so that a predetermined-torque tight buckling procedure is finished. The clamping mechanism may conduct reliable clamping on a target to be installed, the reset mechanism is used for reverse rotation and positioning of the hydraulic wrench, and the arrival mechanism controls the maximum stroke of the hydraulic cylinder. A thread connecting process is divided into a screwing-on part and a tight buckling part which are achieved by means of the motor-opening gear set mechanism and the hydraulic cylinder-ratchet wheel and pawl mechanism, respectively, and tightening may be rapidly finished on the premise that the required tightening torque is ensured.
