Abstract:
In the prior art, when a beverage contained in a gable top type paper container is to be drunk, since there is no drinking spout, the beverage is drunk using a straw or a cup. Further, although it is possible to drink by putting one's mouth directly into contact with a pouring spout, the shape of the pouring spout makes it very difficult to drink.
The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for allowing a beverage to be drunk directly, without using a straw or a cup, by changing the pouring spout into a drinking spout in a simple manner. In this gable top type paper container, fold lines (1, 2, 3) are applied to the pouring spout in advance, and the pouring spout can be converted into a drinking spout by folding the fold lines (1, 2, 3) using a finger after the container has been opened, to form a flat surface.
