Abstract:

Provided is an opening operation restriction device that is for an opening/closing device and that permits operation of the opening/closing device in response to the unlocking of a magnet lock by a magnet key. A first discharge hole (92) that causes the bottom section of a magnet key insertion recess (85) to communicate with the exterior is provided to a magnet key-driven member (84) that comprises the magnet key insertion recess (85), that is slidably fit to a sliding recessed section (67), that enables movement in which inward pushing operation of the magnet key to an unlocking position unlocks a magnet lock (19), and that enables movement of the magnet key to a push-in position by pushing said magnet key further inward from the unlocking position. A second discharge hole (93) is provided to a casing (35) and causes the bottom section of the sliding recessed section (67) to communicate with the exterior. As a result, the magnet key-driven member is slidably fit to the casing, and it is thus possible to eliminate the adverse effects resulting from dust, rainwater, and the like from the exterior entering and accumulating in the casing or in the magnet key-driven member.
