Abstract:
An opening-prefabricated carbon fiber spoke. The opening-prefabricated carbon fiber spoke comprises a spoke body (1) made of carbon fiber, a threaded cap (2) capable of being connected to a rim in a fitted manner, and a cap head (3) capable of being connected to a hub in a fitted manner, wherein two ends of the spoke body (1) are provided with a first fixed joint and a second fixed joint; the first fixed joint is provided with an diameter enlargement portion (11); the second fixed joint is provided with a forked portion (12); the threaded cap (2) and the cap head (3) are provided with a mounting hole penetrating therethrough; the cap head (3) is sleeved on the first fixed joint of the spoke body (1); the threaded cap (2) is sleeved on the second fixed joint of the spoke body (1); and the forked portion (12) of the second fixed joint is provided with a wedge-shaped pin (4). Further disclosed is a preparation method for an opening-prefabricated carbon fiber spoke. Since a gradient is formed at two ends of the spoke body, the spoke is tensioned tighter and tighter under the action of tension, thereby greatly improving the tensile strength; and the spoke has the advantages of being easy and convenient to produce and operate, having high efficiency and being low cost.
