Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an input unit for receiving a parameter calculated by using power system information, and a voltage and current at a distributed generation connection point linked with a distributed generation from a substation; a calculation unit for calculating an operation power factor command and a valid output command by using the parameter, and the voltage and the current at the distributed generation connection point which are stored in the input unit; and a control communication unit for determining the operation power factor command and the valid output command calculated by the calculation unit, according to the voltage at the distributed generation connection point and an upper limit value of the appropriate voltage at the distributed generation connection point inputted in the input unit, and transferring the determined operation power factor command and the determined valid output command to the distributed generation.
