Abstract:
The invention relates to the food industry for producing chocolate from cocoa beans by grinding. A mixture being ground by a melangeur is kept at a stable temperature in that a reference value for an electrical signal is set in a control unit, said reference value being equivalent to the optimal temperature of the raw material being ground, whereupon an electrical signal is supplied to the control unit from a thermocouple which continuously measures the temperature of the mixture being ground, and this signal is compared to the reference value; the control unit generates a control electrical signal equivalent to the difference between the incoming electrical signals, and supplies said signal to an electromagnetic pneumatic valve which opens proportionally to the value of the control signal; proportionally to this opening, the valve reduces the pressure of air arriving at the inlet and feeds it to a pneumatic drive which moves a rod, and the rod bends a pressure plate which transmits elastic force to the supports of a pressure mechanism of a grinding disk.
