Abstract:
The present invention provides an operating method and a terminal. The method comprises: in a radio link control (RLC) acknowledged mode (AM), if a secondary cell (SCell) failure occurs to a target RLC entity of a duplicate bearer, terminating sending target data to a network side device by means of the target RLC entity, the target data being an RLC data protocol data unit (PDU) and/or RLC control PDU of the target RLC entity; the data of the target RLC entity being only configured on the SCell for transmission.
