Abstract:
The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing: an operating system which suppresses vibrations produced in a head section by appropriately setting control parameters, and makes highly accurate operation within the movement range of the head section possible; and a drive system, a parameter setting method, and a program. The operating system (2) is equipped with a head section (3), a displacement detection unit (4), and a parameter setting unit (52). The head section (3) moves toward an operation target (8) as a result of a drive force imparted by the drive unit (6), and executes an operation on the operation target (8). The displacement detection unit (4) moves along with the head section (3), and detects the displacement of a detection target site (3a), which is at least one part of the head section (3). The parameter setting unit (52) sets a control parameter for controlling the movement of the head section (3) by the drive unit (6) on the basis of the displacement detection results when the moving head section (3) stops.
