Abstract:
Provided is a low-cost operating tool with a simple construction which is capable of easily and securely injecting a desired amount of fluid into a skin tissue in a short time for an intradermal injection with a fluid injector which uses a multi microneedle device. The tool (14) comprises a selection moving mechanism (18) which moves the injector (12) inside a housing space (16c) of an outer casing (16) between a first projection position in which needles (10c) of the device (10) are projected outside to a first distance from one end opening (16a) of said space and a second position in which the needles are projected outside to a second distance which is shorter than the first distance. A fluid flows out from the injector via the needles at the second position. The selection moving mechanism comprises a rotation-linear movement conversion mechanism (20) which is interposed between the outer casing and the injector and moves the injector between the first position and the second position along a longitudinal center line of the outer casing corresponding to the direction and amount of relative rotation of the outer casing with respect to the injector.
