Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technology which analyzes an operation restricting factor that influences the production volume of a natural gas plant, and the degree of influence of the factor. [Solution] This operation analysis method of a natural gas plant includes: a step for acquiring by associating, in time series, production volume data per unit time of a product with operation data for a plurality of apparatuses to be controlled that form the natural gas plant; a step for determining whether there is an apparatus to be controlled that conflicts with the operation restriction at the time point of acquiring the production volume data, when the production volume data is smaller than a reference production volume, and for performing a data process for associating the operation restricting factor with the production volume data; and a step for obtaining the length of a period in which production has been reduced according to the size of production cut with respect to each operation restricting factor.
