Abstract:
Provided are: an operation assistance method suited to assisting with work for transporting a user by an electric vehicle; an operation assistance system; and an electric vehicle capable of transporting a user to a destination without charging. The operation assistance method acquires transportation matter information and vehicle information. On the basis of the transportation matter information and the position of an electric vehicle (2), the operation assistance method predicts, for each of a plurality of electric vehicles (2), a discharge prediction amount which will be discharged by a storage battery (21) if a user is transported to a destination. The operation assistance method determines, for each of the plurality of electric vehicles (2), whether transport of the user is possible, on the basis of storage battery information corresponding to the electric vehicle (2) and the discharge prediction amount corresponding to the electric vehicle (2). The operation assistance method issues a notification of a user transport proposal to one or more electric vehicles (2) capable of transporting the user, from among the plurality of electric vehicles (2).
