Abstract:
A fuel battery power plant stops the supply of anode gas by an anode gas supply mechanism (20) when the pressure of the anode gas within a fuel battery stack (1) reaches the maximum pressure, and restarts the supply of anode gas by the anode gas supply mechanism (20) when the pressure of the anode gas reaches the minimum pressure. Sensors (52 to 54) detect whether or not the supply of hydrogen to the fuel battery stack (1) satisfies the supply necessary to generate a target electric power. If the supply of hydrogen is insufficient, the minimum pressure is compensated for by being increased by a controller (51) so that the reduction of the electric power generated in the fuel battery stack (1) when flooding is caused within the fuel battery stack (1) is suppressed.
