Abstract:

An operation control device (1) as a first device connected to at least one second device (2) so as to be able to communicate, an operation control method, and a reproduction device, wherein a main control unit (11) executes the processes of: acquiring second device operation information via a communication unit (12); acquiring second device operation information (B1) of the past from a storage unit (13); selecting, from among the acquired second device operation information (B1) of the past, second device operation information of the past that is closest in the degree of similarity to the current second device operation information acquired via the communication unit (12); and determining the operation currently performed by the first device on the basis of first device operation information (A1) of the past that is stored in the storage unit (13) in correlation with the selected second device operation information of the past.
