Abstract:
A speed command value X1 for a first arm (3) is determined by control inputs c, d such that -1 < X1 < 1 is established where a side d for lifting of the first arm is positive, a side c for lowering of the first arm is negative, and a speed command value at the time of full lever operation corresponding to a rated speed of the first arm is 1. A speed command value X3 for a third arm (5) is determined by control inputs e, f such that -1 < X3 < 1 is established where a side f for damping of the third arm is positive, a side e for crowding of the third arm is negative, and a speed command value at the time of full lever operation corresponding to a rated speed of the third arm is 1. At this time, a speed command value X2 for a second arm (4) is given as X2 = K1xX1 + K3xX3 where a lifting side of the second arm is positive. Therefore, it is possible in an operation control device for three-joint excavators to effect continuous operation in a broad operating space of the excavator with a feeling of operation, which is identical with that for two-joint excavators within a range of an operator's ordinary skill.
