Abstract:
An operation device equipped with: a lever part that rotates in conjunction with a tilting operation of an operation lever; a shaft-holding member having, on both outer sides of a rotational center shaft portion of the lever part, a pair of support parts for sandwiching the rotational center shaft portion therebetween in a rotatable manner; a magnetism generation unit having a first magnet, which is held on the side of one support part of the pair of support parts in the shaft-holding member, and a second magnet, which is held on the side of the other support part of the pair of support parts in the shaft-holding member; and a magnetic body that is arranged facing the magnetism generation unit, contacts/separates from the magnetism generation unit in conjunction with the rotation of the lever part and, by means of the magnetic force from the magnetism generation unit, imparts a sensation of operation with respect to the tilting operation. In the shaft-holding member the gap between the pair of support parts is narrowed by the magnetic force generated between the first magnet and the second magnet.
