Abstract:
An operation fault determination method for an air conditioner in a remote control manner, characterised in that fault determination is: by means of experiments, when a refrigerant of an air conditioner is of a standard charging amount or 95% of the standard charging amount, under different indoor temperatures T3, different outdoor environment temperatures T7 and high and low air volumes of an indoor unit fan (7), during refrigeration and heating operations of the air conditioner, data of first and second indoor refrigerant temperatures T1 and T2, an indoor airside air outlet temperature T4, first and second outdoor refrigerant temperatures T5 and T6 and outdoor airside air outlet temperature T8 is obtained. A control system (8) automatically adjusts the air volume of the indoor unit fan (7) to be in a high air volume state at every period of operation. The control system (8) compares the obtained data with a built-in experiment database, performs preliminary determination, and transmits, in time, a fault which may occur to maintenance personnel via a wireless network, and the maintenance personnel changes an operation mode according to uploaded data in a remote control manner, acquires new operation data, and performs secondary determination on the refrigeration and heating operations of the air conditioner. The advantages of the present invention are that a fault of an air conditioner is determined earlier, the use requirement of a user is better met, energy-saving operation of the air conditioner is achieved, etc.
