An operation information transmission device (10) that sends the state of each work medium (12) performing work at a construction site (F), to an information provision device (2). The operation information transmission device (10) comprises: an image data acquisition unit that obtains image data including the work media (12); a type and state specification unit that specifies the type and state of work media (12) included in the image data; and an operation information transmission unit that sends operation information indicating the type and state of specified work media (12), to the information provision device (2).
