Abstract:
This operation management apparatus (5) is provided with an information acquisition unit and a hazard map generation unit. The information acquisition unit acquires first information indicative of a driver state that includes at least two selected from the group consisting of the degree of drowsiness, the degree of inattentiveness, the degree of concentration, and the physical condition of a driver of a vehicle, and second information indicative of the position of the vehicle at the time of acquiring the first information, from an on-board instrument (3) having the function of transmitting the first information and the second information. The hazard map generation unit generates a hazard map by associating the position of the vehicle indicated by the second information in a map with the driver state indicated by the first information.
