Abstract:
An operation management device that performs a commercial power operation when the COP cost during commercial power operation is less than the COP cost during a generated power operation, and performs the generated power operation when the COP cost during generated power operation is less than the COP cost during commercial power operation. Alternatively, the operation management device has a mode in which neither the generated power operation nor the commercial power operation is performed, and with respect to a predicted heat energy demand in a prescribed operation period, an output level is set for the heat output during the generated power operation and the commercial power operation for each of multiple units of time so as to minimize or substantially minimize the total energy charge, which is the sum total of the COP cost during the generated power operation and the COP cost during the commercial power operation.
