Abstract:
A generation unit (100) provided in this operation management server (10) generates third weather data from first weather data and second weather data. The first weather data includes a predicted highest temperature and a predicted lowest temperature corresponding to the location of a building for every day for a control period. The second weather data represents a temperature change corresponding to the location of the building on a measured date before the control period. The third weather data represents a temperature change in time series during the control period. The generation unit (100) generates an operation program that controls equipment during the control target period on the basis of the third weather data.
