Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a fluid-drawing unit, etc., for drawing in and discharging a byproduct powder generated inside a vacuum pump, etc. [Solution] A fluid-drawing unit 1 is provided with a cylindrical body 10 that is open at both ends and has flanges attached to the open end parts thereof, a fluid-driven drawing body 20 provided inside the cylindrical body 10, an air supply pipe 30 for supplying a driving air such as nitrogen gas to the fluid-driven drawing body 20, a first flow channel 41 that communicates with a downstream-side open part 12 of the cylindrical body 10 from the air supply pipe 30 via the fluid-driven drawing body 20, and a second flow channel 42 that communicates with the downstream-side open part 12 of the cylindrical body 10 from an upstream open part 11 of the cylindrical body 10 via the fluid-driven drawing body 20. The inside diameter of the narrowest location in the second flow channel is 11 mm.
