Abstract:
An operation monitoring apparatus (10) is provided with a communication control unit (32A), a restart control unit (32B), and an output control unit (32C). The communication control unit (32A) transmits a communication confirmation signal to an imaging apparatus (12) connected by wire. When a response signal from the imaging apparatus (12) in response to the communication confirmation signal indicates an abnormality, the restart control unit (32B) restarts the imaging apparatus (12). The output control unit (32C) outputs response result information regarding the response signal after the restart.
