The present invention provides a delicate operation sensation to a user. The operation sensation simulator (100) has: an operation lever (11) having an operation grip (12) at one end side and having an action section (16) at the other end side; a rotational center section (14) positioned between the operation grip (12) and the action section (16); two motors (17, 21) that, by imparting a rotational driving force to the operation lever (11), achieves a tilting movement of the operation lever (11) with the rotational center section (14) as the center of tilting; operation lever information detection units (18, 22) that detect information pertaining to the operation lever (11); a reaction force computation means (32) that, on the basis of the operation lever information detected by the operation lever information detection units (18, 22), computes the reaction force imparted on the operation lever (11); and a control means (31) that, by controlling the two motors (17, 21) on the basis of the reaction force computed by the reaction force computation means (32), causes a tilting movement of the operation lever (11) and generates a reaction force with respect to the operation grip (12).
