Abstract:

The present invention makes it possible to determine whether an electric load is operating even when an electrical load that repeatedly turns on and off during operation is present. An operation state determination device (10) is provided with an acquisition unit (11), a first storage unit (12), and a determination unit (13). The determination unit (13) determines whether an electrical load (24) that is connected to a branch circuit (22) is operating by comparing a power value that is stored in the first storage unit (12) and a predetermined reference value at a designated determination time and outputs a determination result signal. In addition, the determination unit (13) determines that the electrical load (24) is operating at the determination time when a period in which the power value is equal to or greater than the reference value occurs within a predetermined comparison period that is farther back in time than the determination time.
