Abstract:
A next railroad station state estimating section (400) estimates the position of a preceding train on the basis of information regarding a stop trajectory circuit for a train under consideration and information regarding currently displayed deployment. The time at which a stop speed pattern in an area short of the next railroad station is resolved as a result of the preceding train having left the next railroad station, is estimated on the basis of information regarding said position of the preceding train; information regarding a trajectory circuit for a track on which the train under consideration is located, said information being held in a line database (401); information regarding relations between trajectory circuits and railroad stations; information regarding times during which trains are present on tracks in the railroad stations; and a history of positions of the preceding train, said history being held in a history holding section (402). The time thus estimated is communicated to a driver's cab (9) by means of a notification section (404).
