Abstract:

The disclosed operation support device acquires an operator proficiency level for the operation to be implemented from a proficiency level database (120) which stores an operator proficiency level for each operation carried out using a piece of manufacturing equipment. The device controls a guidance base time (314), which is determined on the basis of a manufacturing schedule, in accordance with the operator proficiency level, and determines a guidance control time (334) in accordance with the operator proficiency level. The device outputs guidance during the guidance control time (334), modifies the operator proficiency level for the operation on the basis of the guidance control time (334) and operation performance information (340), which comprises the operation content implemented by the operator and the operation time, and updates the operator proficiency level for the operation stored in the proficiency level database (120).
