Abstract:
In order to enable facility equipment to be operated using an external terminal (3) that does not know control information to be used for controlling the facility equipment, an operation terminal (1) is provided with: a key information reception unit (111) that receives, from the external terminal (3), key information indicating the contents of an operation for the facility equipment; a received key information conversion unit (12) that converts the key information into operation information decipherable by the facility equipment; and a key operation processing unit (13) that executes processing associated with the operation information.
