Abstract:
This operation unit (20) comprises: a circuit board (22) on which a switch (221) is mounted; a resin housing that houses the circuit board (22), and has a through hole (231) formed at a potion thereof opposite the switch (221); and a button (21) obtained by molding an elastic material. The resin housing includes a fitting groove (232) surrounding the through hole (231). The button (21) includes: a dome part (211) having a dome shaped; a column part (212) that extends inside the dome from the ceiling portion of the dome part (211) and is inserted in the through hole (231); and a cylindrical rim part (214) that extends on an outer circumferential side of the dome part (211) in the same direction as that of the column part (212). The button (21) is configured such that the rim part (214) is fitted into the fitting groove (232) and is thereby fixed to the resin housing, and when the dome part (211) is elastically deformed and collapses, the column part (212) is brought into contact with the switch (221).
