Abstract:
The present invention provides an operation violation detection method for a power transformation site, comprising: first, acquiring an operation violation image of a power transformation site, manually segmenting an operation-related target, calibrating the violation category of the image, and establishing a target segmentation dataset of the power transformation site and a violation classification dataset; and then training and classifying a U-Net model on the basis of the target segmentation dataset to obtain a segmentation result of the target of the power transformation site; in order to reduce the interferences of an image background region and an irrelevant object, performing AND operation on a binary target image after segmentation and an original image to obtain a gray scale image of a target region; and finally, using a CNN model to classify according to the gray scale image of the target region to obtain the final violation detection result. The application of the operation violation detection method for a power transformation site provided by the present invention can reduce the interferences of an image background region and an irrelevant object, and can automatically and effectively detect the operation violations in a power transformation site, and improve the risk prevention and control capability.
