Abstract:
An operational amplifier, a radio frequency circuit, and an electronic device, relating to the field of communications, the operational amplifier comprising: a first amplification unit (a), a second amplification unit (b), a current source (H), a first compensation capacitor (C1), and a second compensation capacitor (C2); the first amplification unit (a) comprises a first transistor (M1), a second transistor (M2), a third transistor (M3), and a fourth transistor (M4); the second amplification unit (b) comprises a fifth transistor (M5), a sixth transistor (M6), a seventh transistor (M7), and an eighth transistor (M8); one end of the first compensation capacitor (C1) is coupled to the drain electrode of the seventh transistor (M7), and the other end of the first compensation capacitor (C1) is coupled to the gate electrode of the eighth transistor (M8); one end of the second compensation capacitor (C2) is coupled to the drain electrode of the eighth transistor (M8), and the other end of the second compensation capacitor (C2) is coupled to the gate electrode of the seventh transistor (M7). The present operational amplifier can increase the GBW of the operational amplifier.
