Abstract:
Disclosed is an operational amplifier, comprising a first-level gain circuit, a second-level gain circuit, and a tail current compensation circuit, wherein the first-level gain circuit is connected to the second-level gain circuit; the first-level gain circuit is provided with an input end; the second-level gain circuit is provided with an output end; the first-level gain circuit at least comprises a tail current source; a first end of the tail current compensation circuit is connected to the tail current source; a second end of the tail current compensation circuit is connected to the output end of the second-level gain circuit; and the tail current compensation circuit is configured to compensate for an output signal of the output end of the second-level gain circuit to the tail current source.
