Abstract:
According to the present invention, an operational amplifier (100) operates with the entire voltage range of supplied first and second voltages (VDD, GND) as an input/output range. An active load (330) is configured with a first conductive field effect transistor. First and second differential pairs (310, 320) are configured with a second conductive field effect transistor. A first differential pair (310) is configured to allow differential amplification when an input voltage (Vinp) is the second voltage (GND), and a second differential pair (320) is configured to allow differential amplification when the input voltage (Vinp) is the first voltage (VDD). Offset correction circuits (410, 420) for correcting an offset voltage are arranged in at least one among the first and second differential pairs (310, 320).
