Provided are an operator cab of a sweeping vehicle, and a sweeping vehicle. The operator cab of a sweeping vehicle comprises: two side frames (5); two front beams (7); two rear beams (17); an outer top canopy (1); top beams (6); and an inner dropped ceiling (15). The two side frames (5) are connected via the two front beams (7) and the two rear beams (17), and the side frames (5) together with the front and rear beams (7) and (17) form a main frame of the operator cab. The top beams (6) are positioned above the main frame and installed between the two side frames (5). The top beams (6) have arc-shaped structures partially or entirely above upper edges of the side frames (5). The inner dropped ceiling (15) closely fits to lower edges of the top beams (6). The outer top canopy (1) covers over the top beams (6) and is installed on the side frames (5). By arranging the top beams (6) having arc-shaped structures partially or entirely above the upper edges of the side frames (5), arranging the top beams (6) to closely fit to an inner surface of the outer top canopy (1), and arranging the inner dropped ceiling (15) to closely fit to the lower edges of the top beams (6), an internal space of the operator cab can be enlarged vertically without increasing an overall height of the operator cab, thereby providing an operator with an ampler operation space, and improving man-machine operation experience.
