Abstract:
In an ophthalmic composition for zwitterionic SCLs which contains pranoprofen and/or a salt thereof, the present invention purports to provide a technique for suppressing adsorption of the pranoprofen and/or salt thereof to the zwitterionic SCLs. By causing this zwitterionic SCL ophthalmic composition containing pranoprofen and/or a salt thereof to contain glycyrrhizic acid and/or a salt thereof, adsorption of the pranoprofen and/or salt thereof to zwitterionic SCLs can be effectively suppressed.
