Abstract:

The present invention provides an ophthalmic lens and techniques associated therewith, the ophthalmic lens including an optical part that has a myopic portion with myopic corrective power and a hyperopic portion with hyperopic corrective power with either the myopic portion or the hyperopic portion arranged in the center and the other portion arranged annularly in the outer periphery thereof. The myopic portion or the hyperopic portion arranged in the center includes a portion A wherein a power increases and then decreases when viewed along the X direction from the center toward the periphery and a portion A' wherein a power increases and then decreases when viewed along the X' direction from the center toward the periphery in a direction opposite the X direction.
